By accessing or using AlphaLine Pro ("the Service") at alphalinepro.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AlphaLine Pro is a sports data analytics platform that provides player prop analysis, grading, and tracking for NBA, MLB, NFL, and NHL. The Service is intended for informational and analytical purposes only. AlphaLine Pro does not facilitate, accept, or process wagers of any kind.

AlphaLine Pro is not a gambling service. All grades, picks, and analysis provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or gambling advice. Past performance of grades does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information from this Service. You must be 21+ and comply with all local laws regarding sports betting in your jurisdiction.

Day Pass: A one-time payment grants 24-hour access to premium features. Day passes are non-refundable once activated.

Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute AlphaLine Pro data or analysis
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying algorithms
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security

All content, grades, algorithms, designs, and software on AlphaLine Pro are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY GRADES OR ANALYSIS WILL BE ACCURATE OR PROFITABLE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALPHALINE PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY LOSSES INCURRED FROM SPORTS WAGERING DECISIONS MADE BASED ON OUR ANALYSIS.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
