AlphaLine Pro ("we," "us," or "our") operates alphalinepro.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how we protect it. By using the site you agree to this policy.

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and a hashed password via Supabase Authentication. We do not store plaintext passwords.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment details on our servers. We retain your Stripe Customer ID to manage your subscription.

Usage data: We may collect information about how you interact with the site (pages visited, features used) for the purpose of improving the product. This data is not sold or shared with advertisers.

• To deliver the AlphaLine Pro service (prop grades, alerts, track record)
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, payment receipts)
• To improve the platform and fix issues

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

Supabase — database and authentication provider. Your email and account data are stored on Supabase infrastructure. supabase.com/privacy

Stripe — payment processor. Your payment details and billing information are handled by Stripe under their privacy policy. stripe.com/privacy

Vercel — hosting provider. Network traffic and logs pass through Vercel's infrastructure. vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy

The Odds API / BallDontLie — sports data providers. These services are queried server-side to power the platform. No personal user data is shared with them.

Personal data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Payment data is sent directly to Stripe via their secure SDK and is never routed through our servers. Database access is restricted by row-level security policies.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information:

• All data in transit is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS
• Database access requires authenticated API keys stored as server-side environment variables
• Passwords are hashed by Supabase using industry-standard algorithms — we never see your plaintext password
• Row-level security policies ensure users can only access their own data
• Payment processing is fully delegated to Stripe, a PCI-compliant provider

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us. Payment records may be retained as required by law or for accounting purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe billing portal.

AlphaLine Pro is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
